Wholesale Process & Returns

Congratulations you are one of the many few selected stockist to list Shahzadi Couture's amazing range of fantastic goods 

We are here to help you every step of the way. Making it easy for you to understand the process.

Step 1 : Place your order.

Step 2 : We will send you an order confirmation email to confirm we have received your order.

Step 3 : Your order will be sent to our factory. Our dedicated team of checkers and packers will make sure your order is checked and packed properly.

Step 5: Once goods have been dispatched we will be notify and email you your cargo  tracking number.

This will enable you to track your order after it arrives in the UK and has cleared customs. 

*On average cargo takes between 8 - 12 days to arrive from Pakistan.On rare occasions this can be longer, because of factors outside of our control i.e political, holidays, etc.

Wholesale Returns & Exchange 

When purchasing as a wholesaler , it is important that we emphasise  you are buying under business to business terms.

This means that if you are buying our items our returns policy is not the same as buying from our retail store. For example returns will not be considered for reasons such as items not fitting you. All items before being dispatched are checked for any defects.

While we are always happy to accept returns when there are clear errors with your order, we do need clear evidence in order for a return to be considered. It is also essential that you contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with any issues you may have. Any issues raised outside of this time period will not be considered. Please note if a return is accepted all return costs will be at your own expense unless agreed otherwise.

We pride ourselves on excellent customer care therefore in the unlikely event you receive items that are not as described please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will work with you to find a solution. 

In order for a return to be considered all we will need from you as the customer is evidence/photos of the issues you have with said items. Once we receive this evidence we will take a look and get back to you within 3 working day.
